IF24 is a general wellness and timing tool that helps you time intermittent fasting windows and shows estimated metabolic phases based on typical fasting timing.
IF24 is free to download, and the fasting timer works without paying. Some additional features are offered as IF24 Pro, a one-time in-app purchase. IF24 Pro is not a subscription: it does not renew, and you are not billed again.
Purchases are made through your App Store account. Apple is the seller of record for the in-app purchase, processes the payment, and issues the receipt. We never receive your payment details.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, through Apple's own refund process, and a refund request goes to Apple rather than to us. Because Apple is the seller, we cannot issue, process, or promise a refund. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal or refund; those rights exist against Apple as the seller of the purchase. If you reinstall IF24 or move to another device, you can restore a purchase you already made from within the app, using the same Apple Account.
IF24 is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or measure anything in your body. The phases and information it shows are estimates for general education only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Fasting is not suitable for everyone - consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a history of eating disorders, or manage a health condition. You use IF24 at your own risk.
IF24 stores your fasting journal locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and any backups. Deleting the app deletes its data. IF24 also sends limited usage statistics to Google Firebase Analytics - what is sent, and why, is set out in our Privacy policy.
Use IF24 for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it or use it unlawfully. The IF24 name, design, and content belong to the developer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IF24 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Where the law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, including consumer rights in the European Union and elsewhere, those rights apply regardless of this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, IF24.
